Selling a Noel Leeming gift voucher valued at $1350 that I got from returning an iPhone 12 mini (currently a digital code, but I'm sure I could swap it for a physical voucher if that's best for the buyer). Wanting $1300.

Any reason why they didn't offer cash refund?  If it's a CGA return they need to offer cash.

It was an unwanted item, rather than a faulty item. Unfortunately they only offer an exchange or gift card on unwanted items returned within 14 days
