I am in need of some old SATA SSD to upgrade some laptops for a public kindergarten. Five in total.

PB have offered me 5x Kingston 120GB for $40ea

As its for kids and they reset each day I really only need ~60GB and as I am funding this myself I figured I would see if anyone had some older 60~120GB that the GZ community didnt need anymore at a great price :-)

I'm in Auckland and travel aroudn for work, but could cover postage.

I'd try and get some cheap SSDs. If the machines are moved around traditional drives can easily break

Huge thanks to TheMaskedOnion who helped me out on this one. Lets hope it helps the kids into IT and they dont just get addicted to gaming 😅

Hey it’s great you got what you needed for the kindy. Hopefully the SSD lifespan is alright, the daily reset is a bit concerning if stuff gets rewritten. The older stuff is likely MLC or maybe SLC but hopefully write endurance is still okay.
