Dell Powervault MD1000

 

15x 3.5" SAS / SATA drive bays. 15 caddys included with screws.

 

Mix drive types in an enclosure - The PowerVault MD family enables organizations to mix SAS and SATA drives delivering excellent flexibility to align data requirements
with drive capabilities, speed, capacity and cost, to help optimize your storage environment.

 

Includes 1 metre long 28AWG External SAS 34pin Male W/ Thumbscrews to Mini SAS 26pin Male Cable

 

 

 

Also have 9 x 3TB 3.5" SAS Seagate Constellation ES.2 (ST33000650SS or ST330006CLAR3000) drives - Formatted to 512 byte blocks - All drives have been pre-cleared using Unraid and will provide disk preclear log for each drive (no known drive faults).

 

Powervault and drives have been used with Unraid seemlessly for the past 18 months or so. 

 

Selling for:
* $200 for the Powervault, including the SAS to Mini-SAS Cable
* $100 for each 3TB SAS Drive

 

or $1,000 for the lot (Powervault and all 9 drives)

 

 

 

Requires something like this in your server to connect the Powervault to Unraid (not included)

 


Pick Up in Upper Hutt, Wellington - can likely deliver within Wellington Region

Will all drives work on one cable to the card with this?

 

Im keen on this if you're ok shipping just the enclosure to Auckland.

Powervault chassis/enclosure is now sold, pending payment/pickup.

 

 

 

The 9 drives are still available - $100 each - 3TB 3.5" SAS Seagate Constellation ES.2 (ST33000650SS or ST330006CLAR3000) drives - Formatted to 512 byte blocks.

 

 

 

All drives have been pre-cleared using Unraid and will provide disk preclear log for each drive (no known drive faults).
