Two LSI/3Ware/AMCC 9500s-8 8 SATA port RAID cards for PCI-X slots. Has 128 MB ECC memory installed and fairly sure it is only SATA150. One was used with 4 drives for about 18 months in a media server the other kept in box as backup spare before it all went into storage.

Swap for 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz desktop RAM, or Dell Optiplex CPU cooler (see my other post), or PCI-e SATA port extender (see my other post).
