This stuff has to go.

If you need a personalised pic, just ask.

It almost all fits into the large cardboard box, so if you want the lot.. pay me $150 plus the cost of shipping (from TAURANGA) or even better, come and grab it.

If you can't figure out what something is or need more info, drop me a line.

What do you have in the way of SATA compatible RAID Cards

Funny you should ask... I was about to post this (older but working fine and cheap)

plus the one in the pic above (which I have just found the cables for - see bottom pic)

Plus an Areca 1220 which has 4 x SATA ports (used it in an HP server for SSDs and worked great)...

and... in case anyone is looking for some mini-SAS>mini-SAS; Sata>e-SATA; or 'same coloured' SATA cables to enhance the look of whatever...

So ideally, someone would take all of the stuff mentioned here (I've removed the single white patch lead and added it to the other thread https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=77&topicid=293416), which includes:

  • A bunch of fans and heatsinks
  • Two heavy RCA cables
  • Adaptec 5805ZQ raid card (with a pair of red mini-SAS>SATA cables) - https://www.serversupply.com/CONTROLLERS/SAS-SATA/8%20PORT/ADAPTEC/ASR-5805ZQ_175377.htm
  • 2 x 4Gb DDR3 Sodimms compatible with Synology NAS.
  • Soundcard
  • 2 x ATA add-in cards
  • 1 x SATA add-in card
  • 1 x USB 3.0 add-in card
  • 1 x fan controller
  • A bunch of USB printer cables
  • 1 x mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and adapter cable
  • 4 x DVI cables and a VGA cable
  • 1 x Asrock G41M-VS3 motherboard bare
  • 2 x USB > Ethernet adapters (one is USB 3.0 and the other 2.0)
  • 1 x adapter cable set for using two PSUs in a single box
  • 3 x 24-pin to 20-pin PSU adapters
  • An Aten VS182 HDMI splitter 1>2
  • 4 x aerials (2 x small, 1 next size and 1 large)
  • 1 x Vantec Nexstar dual SATA dock (USB 2.0 & e-SATA) with power supply, SATA>e-SATA I/O bracket and e-SATA cable (one of the printer cables will do for the USB 2.0)
  • 1 x unused 230V>110V adapter
  • A couple of 2.5" empty external drive cases.  One is USB 3.0 and comes with a cable.  The other is both USB 2.0 and e-SATA and has no cables.
  • 4 x mini tripods
  • 1 x 3Ware 8-port SATA card
  • 1 x Areca 1220 4-port SATA raid card with 4 x long blue cables
  • Several other mini-SAS cables plus a lot of SATA cables.
