Our son is an Apple fan and looking to get air pods pro for noise cancelling (he has medically diagnosed Hyperacusis ) but air pods pro requires an iPhone 6s or newer to get full functionality (his current handset is Android)

Anything considered as long as it is a iPhone 6s or newer

Feel free to PM too

Have you checked GoodTech?

They have some 6S', but also 7's and 8's that's pretty decently priced. While you're there, you can also get a case and screen protector. Personally, I'd get a later model to make sure that I can get future iOS updates.

Thank you for the reply. FYI the Good Tech prices for a 6s are it seems double trademe going rate.

Good Point on iOS update.

What I just found astonishing is that some AirPod Pro setup features available in iOS such as Ear Tip Fit Test etc are not available even in the latest version of MacOS 😞

I have an iPhone 6S here I was using for testing however it is only a 32gb which may be a limiting factor depending on what he is really wanting else it is in nearly perfect condition. Flick me a PM if this will work for you.
