You will need to be more precise,

Are you looking for "old" VHF aerials - the ones with the long elements, used for Analog TV

- The bottom one in this shot

or are you wanting a UHF aerial that are used for digital TV  - the top one

Hi, yes I did say VHF that that's the bottem one used for analog TV.

The reason for some of these is to repurpose them into a slightly huger frequency but mainly they have the plastic insolation things.

HeHe, yes I suspect the OP means the old Band1 Ch1, all the ones I ever kept are holding my Tomato plants up.

What do you need to do with a VHF and or UHF aerial.

TV1 no longer broadcasts on VHF....

best to buy new?  (given old ones have had a hard life outside including degraded connectors etc..

Where abouts are you? I have one on the roof and a FM one that will be coming down as soon as I replace enough deck to stand a ladder on.

Analog VHF was shutdown in 2013. There are no digital VHF transmissions in NZ.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

to modify for 75 -76 mhz for a scanner :) as stated only really need the plastic element holders because the elements are abit short as the aerial stands.

Band I VHF was 44 to 68 MHz so the elements would be a bit long.

Depends if you are making a full wave / half wave / quarter wave antenna.
