I brought it to use on Teams calls with my Bose 700 headphones.  I had a reoccurring reboot problem so did a couple of returns and then I got my money back.  The Bose USB link is a dedicated bluetooth receiver for the headphones so that you are not sharing the bluetooth bandwidth with all your other bluetooth devices thereby avoiding dropouts.  I also have three spare cases for the Bose 700 headphones that the buyer is welcome to have.

It cost me $150 from PB tech, asking $100.
