Yes, supports both protocols albeit with a manuial activation process relevant for all Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO handsets.

To enable VoLTE for any phones made by Xiaomi on any supporting network, dial * # * # 86583 # * # * & wait for the "VoLTE Carrier check was disabled" message.

Now go Settings / SIM & Mobile settings, select your SIM & enable VoLTE there.

For VoWiFi it's the same process but dial * # * # 869434 # * # * instead.

Both my SIMs are set for VoLTE & VoWiFi.
