Looking for a kit of 8gb or 16gb for an old NUC I just bought.
Checking if anyone has any spare they aren't using before ordering from AliExpress

Does it definitely need to be DDR3L? I've got an 8GB kit here, (4GB x 2) from when i upgraded an old laptop to 16GB, but it's the standard 1.5v DDR3 not the 1.35v DDR3L kind.

Usually good to check the memory compatibility lists on the Intel pages. Sometimes the NUCs can be picky about the RAM you use, even if the specs match for the RAM, at times I've found things just won't POST with various NUC models.  Looks like the Intel page is down for the NUC5i5RYH, but here is the info from the web archive.

Good luck!
