I just bought a NUC with mSATA to run Home Assistant on.

Anyone have an mSATA > USB adaptor so I could take the drive out, use the adaptor and install Home Assistant (burn the image) over USB and be done?

I have a PCIe one but to be honest, it's much easier just to spin up a Ubuntu image on USB, boot to that and download Etcher inside Ubuntu and install direct to mSATA that way. I've done it over 5 times using that method and it goes without a hitch. Quite a few videos on YouTube showing that method too.

PM me if you need some guidance.

Where are you?

I have an enclosure with converts to SATA and then a cable to convert to USB you could borrow.

But as above, quicker to boot something like Ubuntu off a USB drive and use that to download and write the image to the mSata.
