Good phone set for someone that still uses a landline

Has a loud ringer and flashing lights so its hard to miss when someone calls from microsoft about your antivirus subscription expiring

The battery in the cordless handset and emergency alert pendant will probably need replacing 

the emergency alert pendant battery is not user replaceable though so will require soldering

Had no problems with it, except for the degraded battery.
