Need a new monitor but don't really have the the budget for anything more than this.

Happy with 60hz and 21" or larger. May be able to increase budget a little bit if it has a higher refresh rate (75hz, 144hz etc.)

Preferably Auckland local as I'd rather not pay for shipping on a large item like that.
