Hi all,

Looking to find a Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine (UDM) for our lab so we can give the device a bit of an "interrogation"...

One of these, not the rackmount ones:

Let me know if you have one kicking around you want rid of! Happy to generate a shipping label to get it in my hands. 👍

My views are as unique as a unicorn riding a unicycle. They do not reflect the opinions of my employer, my cat, or the sentient coffee machine in the break room.

Came to say be careful if you're on Quic with this device, but Quic wanting one to test so ideal!

Other option is consider a "swap" so you can borrow one and send the person a working router while you give the UDM an "interrogation"

Curious to understand the issues with Quic and UDM. I have UDM and was planning to move to Quic shortly.

If you're just going to Gigabit or lower then just use PPPoE and the problem won't occur. It only affects IPoE (DHCP) currently and only on the Dream Machine for some odd reason.

@michaelmurfy

I had a UDR with similar issues a few months ago, not sure it is related as I ditched Unifi, so I can't test now, so it might be something wider than just the UDM
