Not looking for accom, but, is that in the Quest building with the clock at the top?

I remember staying in the Travelodge building one night years back, and seeing people moving in the clock tower, looked like people lived in there, even the very top part with the clock. IDK, I just thought it was wild, I could image this being a thing in like Paris, but didn't think we had it in Welly.

It is in the Quest building but it's not affiliated to Quest at all. It's very convenient as you can imagine, both for work and pleasure trips.
