i have this for just under 2 years. no issues. The watch screen has light marks on it (tried to get photos but couldn't get any showing marks), but you really need to place it into the right light to see, i would say normal wear and tear. There is also apple care until Nov 2024 with this watch.  I have the box for this original strap (has been only strap i used with it) and also charger. This is the Cellular version.
