Hi all. I'm expecting this would be a pretty rare find. They don't sell them separately, but maybe someone has some lying around in the spares box.

My only option appears to be finding the Unifi OCD panel, which includes ears. ~$75-100 for this, just to use the ears is a painful purchase. Then I would have a nice looking panel blank which cannot be used.

Thanks 🙏

I had trouble sourcing some a while ago. There are some alternative available on Amazon, but they can't be directly shipped to NZ. I bought a switch from TM and it only arrived with one ear. The seller then sent another one, but they didn't line up when installed and the seller then ghosted me. I then ended up 3D printing some new ones and they've lasted fine. If you are going to print some, you'll need to align the print vertically otherwise there won't be any strength in the ears and they'll just break from the weight.

I did expect to not have ears but I was surprised there is no way to get them other than through ubiquiti support.

My switch is way too heavy unfortunately. Enterprise poe is pretty deep too. I did find the ocd panel for $61. Maybe I could print ears for that and use the real ones for the switch.

That is a heavy switch, and a very good price for it too!

I ordered an OCD panel from mwave, but UI are sending me a free one incl free postage from their refurb team once a compatible one comes into the shop. Pretty nice of them. Wonder if they see my product adoption history and long-term EA membership.

Sorted :).
