PARTS ONLY

I have a 27" iMac (Late 2013) to Give Away - NOT working - BoP Tauranga pickup only

GPU failure NOT worth repairing even if I could get the parts.

HDD has been removed

16GB (four 4GB) of 1600MHz DDR3 memory; in four user-accessible SO-DIMM slots installed

Overall in good condition.

Original display carton and shipping carton

Otherwise it will go to electronic recycling.

Does not meet the brief for "Bargains and Deals", so have moved it to the Offers sub-forum. Cheers

If it comes to disposal would you be interested in grabbing the RAM out for me, I still have a 2009 27" iMac that could do with some more RAM.

TIA.

Could this be used for a conversion to a nice 5k monitor?  There are several u-tube videos about doing that but I can’t remember if they use any internals, i.e. the video drive circuitry, or fit a new drive board.
