Hoping someone has recently removed their old TV antenna and has a spare J mast (hockey stick) they want to get rid of for free or cheap? Doesn't matter if its a bit rusty/crusty etc. 

 

Ideally pickup in Auckland.

 

The type of mast that can be mount to barge board or fascia.

I know I can get one new, but was hoping with the uptake of streaming and IPTV etc that surely someone is throwing one out? Seems a waste to buy new if someone has one lying around going to waste.

Unless it was a very recent install then getting a used one is just getting someone elses scrap metal. For the hassle of installing them, you don't want to start with something part way down the path to being a rusty mess.
