When I last tried this when the PS3 was a current console, it didnt work because there was a pairing between the guitar and the dongle. Has this been sorted now?

I'm hoping so, didnt know this was an issue to be honest. Did a bit of looking into across reddit and i havent come across anyone mentioning this issue yet.
