Hi,

 

Due to the fact that my kids autorenewed their phone plans on my credit card at full price (Grrr) I have two of these plans that were purchased in the Black Friday sale.

 

$330 for both, or $165 Each. (Same as what I paid)

 

Deliver is via a unique code that will be messaged to you once payment is received.

This happened to me last year (or the year before). I went on a call telling them that I had a code and they removed the auto renewed plan and refunded that and I then used the code. Needs to be done fairly soon after the auto renew.

Sorry to hear that. If negotiating with Kogan doesn't work, I'm interested in one for my daughter please... Who thankfully I gave a disposable CC number to last time otherwise the same thing would have happened to me.

In the same situation, missed to cancel the auto-renewal. Is there a number that I can reach out to? Couldn't find any on their website.

Please ignore the above. Reached them through their chat service, renewed it through the voucher, and got the amount refunded (was told it will reflect after 3 days).

 

Now, made sure the auto-renew is disabled :)
