Hey all, I am after a budget home theater setup.  I currently have a budget Jaycar 720p projector.  I can live with the low res and the lack of brightness, but the fan noise is driving me crazy.  I am after a decent cheap projector, hopefully 1080p with at least 300 lumens and a quite fan.  If someone is upgrading their home theater setup and selling their old one I could go up in price to buy something decent.

Recommendations on new models to buy are also appreciated.  It's a minefield at the cheap end of the range with projectors.
