tried surplustronics in akl? havent been in for a while but they had a bunch of apple ][ machines in there at one stage - perhaps there is an amiga too.

that said - do you need an amiga? there are a bunch of emulators around that let you run all that old stuff in a window on a PC. the macintosh emulators i'd used before were pretty good an ran everything better/faster than my old mac LCII ran..

Ahh good point ... I'll wander up to them tomorrow.

Of course I need an Amiga! :-) Nah it's just a bit of fun, just have a loathing for having a non-working machine in the house, and this A1200 is in fantastic condition ... apart from the video output has gone awol
Besides like to play the odd game every now and then ... uber graphics does not always make an uber game.

I miss my Amiga :(
I did buy a bunch of them last year on Trademe but just didnt have time to get them working properly. So back to TM they went.
