not having a good run, got 2 D530s with shot psus, and the old D51s went bang last week when I went to power it up to play some tunes in the garage..

So if you have some of these machines with something else in them wrong I would like to get the PSUs if possible. I think they dont like powering up when cold or something...

I should check geekzone more often, just binned (aka gave away to a guy who recycles stuff) 4x D51s

thats ok, some kind soul had some PSUs available, my D51s is either dead dead or the PSU I got was not working - not the biggest deal since it was the worst of the bunch spec wise and had sdram in it.

i can see why places dont hang onto these machines after the warranty is up with the spares costing what they do from HP, but the build and design of them is top notch IMO. Better then the thinkvantage that I had briefly.
