Ive got a brand new, boxed Macbook Air for sale

Mid-2009 model, 1.86GHz, 2GB RAM, 120GB Hard Drive.

Purchased from a leading retail store in Christchurch on 4th December

Wasnt sure at the time if I wanted/needed it, but couldnt pass it up at the price available. These retail for $2500 everywhere in NZ

Here is my Trademe listing for it:

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Computers/Apple/Laptops/auction-259827586.htm

http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=261347268 (Relisted)

Asking price: $2000

Text or call: Wayne, 022-099-0229

Pickup available from Heritage Hotel in Auckland City. Had to bring it up with me in my suitcase (didn't want to carry on as I may have had to open the box going through the xray), so the external brown shipping box is not included, and I have also forgotten the receipt. I will see what I can do about getting an invoice emailed to me from the store of purchase, or if a local branch can get me a copy.

Hmm... guess it's cash-up-front too? I'd like a MBA but can't afford a straight out cash buy :-( I've been looking at the 2.13GHz with SSD.

Full cash payment is obviously preferred.. it seems like any other way could get too messy. I'm also looking at heading up to Auckland after Xmas so that could be an issue.

The SSD's seem very nice, but so expensive at this stage.

Why are you selling it?

Ive always wanted one, and a couple weeks ago had the chance to get one at a very good price, so figured I couldnt turn it down. So I bought one while I had the chance. Ive already got a 2.4GHz Macbook though, and can't justify keeping the MBA at this stage

I knew at the time that it was probably a no-risk purchase, that I could sell it and not take a loss on it

Nice. I'd be interested, if I could actually manage to sell my own 3-years-old 15" MBP. :/

Price reduced to $2050. I will likely be up in Auck from Boxing Day, so pickup would be available from a CBD location (probably Heritage Hotel on Nelson St)

$2000 This morning only! Must pick up in Christchurch. Saves me the hassle of taking it up to Auckland with me.

Haha sorry guys,.. Wait long enough and my asking price might get that low though

I'm up in Auckland now, had to lug it up with me in my suitcase.. So dont have the external brown box, and I've forgotten the receipt. (will see if I can get one from a DSE branch up here).

I'm up here until the end of January, will take $2050, pickup only (Heritage Hotel, Nelson/Hobson St, City).

Havent sorted out internet in my room yet, so best way to contact me is via cellphone.. 022-099-0229.

Cheers,
Wayne
