I am selling a brand new Google Nexus One phone (call it the iPhone-killer, call it the latest and greatest geek gadget from Google, call it what you like - it's very nice).  I have one myself and can demo it if you want to stop by some time. Works flawlessly on Vodafone, but you probably don't want one if you are on XT (no 850MHZ for 3G sorry).
