Looking for  old server case Rackmount PC 500

have looked around
and hard to find, i would like to pull the guts out, grab a grinder and
grind a hole in the back to fit motherboard back plate, did this for my
htpc set up, and would like a few more so i could build one for my
shed, the amount of dust this case has saved from going over pc parts is
amazing

I got one like that off TradeMe about 6 months ago for $20. Looks virtually the same, no grinding needed to fit an ATX board with back plate (an older socket 775) and love the cleanable fan filter at the front. The only incompatibility was the large XT/AT keyboard connector. Still thinking about a use for it.

You can never have enough Volvos!
