Looking to buy a bulk lot of standard single CD jewel cases, preferably with clear liners. Approx 150.

Dumped all my CD cases when I moved back from the UK to save on space thinking it would be straight forward to replace them inexpensively once I got home but haven't been able to find a decent source.

I don't mind used as long as they are not cracked or have sticker residue on them.

Even if you have a good link for somewhere that sells them, let me know.

jbard: Heaps on trade me, some pretty cheap others not so much.

heres a few links:

Cheers for that, I have looked on Trade Me before and it all seems a bit random. Small loads that are over priced or too slim, coloured, or in the case of the second link, the wrong shape to take the CD booklets and tray liners.

I have 100+ retail CDs that have liners and booklets sitting in a box so ideally I want someone or a company that can sell me 150 of the same undamaged cases so I don't have to buy small lots here and there and spend a fortune in postage.

Hoping that someone knows a company or person that uses the CDs and discards the cases but I guess they would be more likely to use spindles than individually cased CDRs but you never know.

Yeah fair enough, i managed to get 40 black DVD cases off their for $25 a year ago which was a bargin but haven't seen any like that recently.

I like dvd cases but they do take up much more room to store.

I got about 120+ used DVD cases from Wellington Library for $20 last year.  They replaced all their DVD cases with new security ones and so had a ton of them they were going to put in their annual sale.  The head lady there kindly let me go through the boxes in the basement before the sale started and cherry pick the best ones.  TBH a lot of them were pretty bad and a lot had stickers and scuff marks but were better than keeping all my DVDs on spindles with the covers in a pile and I managed to find a lot of pretty good ones too.

Something like this? Just did a pricespy search for clear jewel case. Since you're buying a few you may be able to call and ask if you can get a deal. They have 25 packs for $6.74 , and freight seems to be a flat rate of $7.50 +Gst. You may be able to find them cheaper elsewhere of course. Although these would be in a guaranteed good condition.

Good luck.

Actually after I posted I  found them too. didn't see the 25s though but the 10s were reasonable at 4.60 odd.
Emailed them for a price on 150 including delivery.

edit:just looked at link and they were slim ones so no good fo me as I need to put in the liner insert from retail music CDs but they have full size 10s

All sorted, an order of 150 standard size single clear cases arrived today from the ITExpress for $79.18 incl delivery.
FWIW a good overall experience, communication, delivery speed & cost.
Now I just have to carry 4 boxes of cases home on the bus...yikes

I know what I will be doing this evening, be good to get my CDs back in cases after so long though.
