Trying to get funding to go oversea, so anyway here are the specifications
Intel i7-870
ATI HD 6870
1tb black caviar
Mother board : will edit later
4gb kingston 2x 2gb sticks(not sure edit later)
Win 7 professional 32/64 bit(cd included)
Dell SX2210T 21.5" dual touch screen
Logitech keyboard
HAF mid tower cassis red
Internal DVD drive (benQ)

This is the basic setup technically nothing wrong with it since I have been using it since February this year, looking at at least 2k for the whole thing perhaps. Thanks

+$150 for KB and DVD Drive
= $1850

2k at least? for second hand?

sure it would depends as well on your ram and mb but 2k? wtf?
