Hello everybody,

what I have here today is a factory-unlocked Palm Pre 2 running HP webOS 2.1.0. If you have tried the TouchPad and liked it, then you will like the Palm Pre 2. It fits in your hand quite comfortably and the slide-out keyboard is very easy to use. The camera is also very good. This phone should work on Vodafone & 2degrees with 3G but I don't think it will work on Telecom. It is in near new condition and I have always kept good care of it. There are no scratches on it that I am aware of.

I would roughly be looking for about $400 NZD but am willing to consider any offers.

Specs:
Color: Black
Memory: 16GB with USB mass storage support
Operating system: HP webOS platform
Network specs: Unlocked Dual-band UMTS/HSDPA (900/2100 MHz), Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
Display: 3.1-inch multitouch screen with a vibrant 24-bit color, 320x480 resolution HVGA display
Keyboard: Slide-out physical QWERTY keyboard
Email: Microsoft® Exchange email with Microsoft, Direct Push Technology, POP3/IMAP (Yahoo!® Mail, Gmail™, AOL, Hotmail®, etc.)
Messaging: Integrated IM, SMS, MMS, and Skype (Verizon Wireless only and for International calls)
GPS: Built-in GPS
Wi-Fi: 802.11b/g with WPA, WPA2, WEP, 802.1X authentication
Bluetooth®: 2.1+ EDR with A2DP stereo Bluetooth support
Digital camera: 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, extended depth of field, geotagging, and video capture
Sensors: Accelerometer, ambient light, and proximity
Battery life: Up to 5 hours talk time and 350 hours standby time
Connector Charger: microUSB connector with USB 2.0 Hi-Speed
Headphone jack: 3.5mm stereo

Hey when you say it should work on Vodafone or 2 Degrees does this mean you have tried it?

Yes, I have used it many times. There are quite a few good apps. They recently expanded the countries that could get paid apps too to include New Zealand and Australia. (http://developer.palm.com/blog/2011/08/expanding-opportunities-in-the-app-catalog/)

It really is a great phone. I will think about it over the weekend.
