Need white 30cm patch leads:
   8x RJ45 - R45
   2x RJ45 - RJ11 or RJ11 - RJ11

Need white 50cm patch lead:
   1x RJ11 - BT

Anyone can help or direct me to a cheap shop?  Thanks.

Dynamix do the RJ45 leads you are after, and distribute through just about everyone selling this sort of stuff in NZ.

I've used cables direct, PBtech, and this guy (ask him for what you want, and he'll set up an auction) on TradeMe quite happily.

As for the RJ11 leads, not sure you will get them that length - perhaps crimp them yourself?

The only way you'll get BT and RJ11 cables that length is to make them yourself.
