Hi all,

I have a near-new Makerbot Thing-O-Matic 3D printer that I'm looking to sell - I'm looking for potential buyers, either expressions of interest or offers.

Details:
Makerbot with standard Mk.6 extruder (RRP US$1100 + shipping + GST)
Very carefully assembled, all original Makerbot parts
Excellent condition, well cared-for
Estimated 4-5 hours operation total to date
Uses ReplicatorG software
Various spare parts as supplied (extra bolts, nuts, etc)
Approx 250g or so of natural coloured ABS

One very minor electrical issue is that there is a resistor on the cutoff board that appears to be underrated - it gets very hot, but as yet it hasn't affected any operation.  Haven't found a solution to it on forums yet.

Additional ABS/PLA plastic available from diamondage.co.nz (manufactured right here in NZ!)

Reason for selling - won as a prize but now looking to free up a little cash to help fund a new business

Please PM me if interested

Thanks for those who contacted me earlier, I've sent you a PM.  I'm about to list this on TradeMe but would prefer to sell direct, if anyone else out there is interested please contact me ASAP.

I'm looking to get $1250, plus any shipping, TradeMe listing and success fees.  I'll even throw in some extra plastic.

Makerbot is now on listed TradeMe: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=454366943 - please share the link among any makers (or wannabes) you know.  I realise the market for these is still relatively small, especially given their price so I'm open to offers.

Cheers,
