The garmin one on the samsungs works well. It is basically a garmin GPS. The GPS built into mazda cars is also really good I have found, although not sure who provides the maps for it. As good as my tomtom, and it is voice controlled which is a bonus.

I Have TomTom GO live 2050 NZ/Australia version. There is also a World version

All the features you are looking for, capacitive touch screen 5.3 inch. Bluetooth for phone, (Which I have used and works well) live traffic updates have directed me to shorter routes on many occasions off the Auckland southern motorway. Map updates for free every 3 months, although there was a glitch in the latest map with incorrect speed limits so they have rolled back the map to the previous version at the moment. Magnetic power supply which sits in the holder so the tomtom can be quickly and easily put in and out

I have used my Garmin (lifetime updates for NZ & Aus) in Europe, the US and Thailand - maps for outside NZ can be easily found on torrent sites.
