My Mum bought a Uniden IG0430 and got a code to update maps via the NaviExtras website, but it's just impossible. She had no luck at all, I managed to get the device added to "my devices", but it says below it

This device is not registered with PC-tool. You can't buy content with it!

It doesn't say what PC-tool is, if I need it, etc. Right now it looks like Uniden is promising map updates that they can't deliver. Can anyone help?
