Anyone know of  GPS unit with AV out capability?

I'm aware I could probably jury rig something with an android phone and MHL to HDMI, then use an HDMI to AV converter - but that's a bit too Heath Robinson, even for me. I'd prefer something simple.

The intended use case is as a GPS display for a car with a built in Japanese audio/GPS/everything system that can't be converted - but DOES have AV inputs.
