can you confirm or deny whether these say the street names or not, all the local dealers here say it does, but on the garmin site it says it doesnt (and only the 660 model does)
Yes, the Nuvi 310 speaks street names...some interesting pronunciations of some Maori ones!
It will also speak words and sentences in all the languages in the Language Pack translator/Dictionary, but you need to use the Garmin web updater to download Italian, French TTS files etc. The 310 also has surprisingly good MP# playback sound from the internal speakers.
