Hi - I have a tracker in my car (itracksafe) that has been running on the Voda 2G network. However my SIM has got cancelled as I didn't top up in the last 360 days. Fair enough. I have a new SIM card on order from Vodafone - how do i get back on to a low use data plan rather than something that costs $13 a month? Doesn't seem to be an online option to do this.

Many thanks.

Mark

Are you on a Vodafone Red plan for your main phone? If so you get free data share on most plans. I have from memory 5 SIM cards that all use my main data plan.

I don't think this is available anymore.

It is but looks like they're wanting $10 again now https://www.vodafone.co.nz/mobile-plans/tablet-share/

Over the last few years they've run numerous long term promos where if you signed up the share SIM cards are free.
