Hey, direct question for snap. I've tried contacting your wholesale side of things, but it all seems to be a bit slack. So to try get your attention I'm going to post here....

Basically I'm wanting someone from Snap to call me or atleast email me with a DDI or name of someone I can contact directly, about wholesale/Reseller partnerships with you guys. I've been given a task of hunting down a new partnership for my job in regards to broadband services (ADSL2, VDSL2 and UFB, maybe phones aswell).

Sorry to have to post on here, was just my last resort to get someones attention to try get this ball on the roll, as I know you guys are great with your customers and hoping we could replicate that aswell.

Someone from snap please message me on here and hopefully we can work something out :)

Sorry if this is irrelevant or against forum usage guidelines.

There is no wholesale. I wanted to partner with them more on the phones VOIP side and the CEO got back to me but nothing ever happened. Here is some of what I got back from Mark.

"at the moment with DSL services there is no reseller program (As there is no available margin for commission etc) but we do have many features that could be of benefit you including the ability for you to monitor and log faults on behalf of your customers."

Yep,

last time I checked no wholesale/reseller system in place at Snap! But i recommend them anyway, as commission etc gets offset by not having to wait on hold for to long to resolve issues for my clients :)

but netspeed and possibly amuri net and a few others use them as their main backbone and have some kindo of agreemention place so a traditional reseller may not be possible but you can resell snap bandwidth as a downstream isp.
