2degrees SIP trunking for enterprise customers is down on the Christchurch gateway from approx 4:41pm. Unable to phone through to Enterprise support either.
We are currently experiencing issues with our Broadband hosted voice and internal systems affecting calls to our Broadband Care team, on-line portals (broadband balances/sign-ups etc) and VOIP.
