2degrees SIP trunking for enterprise customers is down on the Christchurch gateway from approx 4:41pm.
Unable to phone through to Enterprise support either.

Hi

We are currently experiencing issues with our Broadband hosted voice and internal systems affecting calls to our Broadband Care team, on-line portals (broadband balances/sign-ups etc) and VOIP.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work on fixing it as soon as possible.

Service for us has been restored about 8pm although I'm advised a permanent fix has not been confirmed yet

Our outage has now been resolved, all affected customer-facing systems are now back up and functioning.

If you continue to experience issues, please reboot your modem, and if that doesn't do the trick please call our helpdesk on 0800 022 022 opt 2.
