Not seeing any other reports of issues with trademe since last night when it started acting up, basically Orcon can see it one moment and can't the next, keeps timing out, not loading, site can't be reached. I've used Orcon's DNS, Google's DNS, done a hard reset and tried both again and the issue remainds. What's going on?

Trademe working fine for me up in Auckland

Can you post more details. (What does it resolve to? What does a traceroute look like?)

Just saying 'broken! fix it!' isn't much help I am afraid

I'm in Auckland too and right this second it's working but 10 minutes ago it wasn't, and most of last night it was down 2-3 minutes up 30 seconds, repeat for hours. This morning when I woke up the same thing was happening, as soon as it's unreachable again i'll do a tracert and post it here. Refuse to believe i'm the only Orcon trademe user who noticed last night.

Example

This just happened, but the tracert didn't change as it changed to working again. Some thing happening in multiple browsers, with multiple dns's and on my ipad too with the trademe apps.

Here's a few tracert's

Do I need to keep doing them or can you investigate? Located in Unsworth Heights, North Shore (Auckland).

Those trace routes look 100% as I would expect. We peer privately with Trademe.

You maybe confirming a problem I have from time to time.. I get the same message using the chrome web browser from time to time on random sites. If I go straight to Internet Explorer the site works.

Same thing happening on Safari on my ipad, and on Microsoft Edge on windows 10 (same system that has chrome). It'll work perfectly at times but then just suddenly stop, and be unreachable for awhile, then be reachable again.

Trademe load balance over 2 sites. (202.162.72.2 and 202.162.73.2). One works, done doesn't.

However we have done a change, can you retest for us and see how it goes?
