Issue resolved well sort of I received a letter in the mail today about a reminder for my overdue account which was way late because I have paid most of it off asked the american telephone operator lady where i go on visibill to check the OVERDUE balance NOT the remaining total balance and she informed me there is no where you can go online to see your overdue account and that you can only know it by calling them which is a pain because it took me 45minutes to get through for a damn 5 minute conversation.

She informed me I had paid the overdue and can pay the remainder of the balance before my next bill period this company really is backwards on their billing system and she proceeded to ask me if I was satisfied with the outcome before I had even really finished asking the question slingshot are so bad I cannot express it and I cannot say no one is worse than them because they're the only company ive been with to have such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR EMPLOYER

i still do not know what happens if you're overdue acct isnt paid within ten days as I paid off the 'overdue' so to new customers i hope you never have to find out save yourself the hassle and find a better co!

I sometimes really feel for the CSRs...

Seriously though, if your service is suspended I'd guess it would be all services related to your contract - internet, phone, etc.

Yes I wasn't blaming slingshot for possible suspension I paid my overdue balance and it is all fine now just would of saved myself a 45 minute wait on a call that she tried to end as soon as she answered if they could just put something on their visiblill stating the overdue amount i needed to pay. I really think they need more training especially when we the customer know more about their offers and website than they do, I was basically telling her where to look on visibill yesterday because she said its been over a year since she used it that shouldn't mean she doesn't know anything about it !
Problem is solved now thanks.

One would expect they would leave the phone on (at least for outgoing local calls) until the service is finally cut a couple of months later, because you need phone service to call up and pay the bill. I think it also costs them to block local calls with a provisioning order to Telecom, they can't just block the login or change an IP.

Time to find a new industry!

for someone to answer lol I will ask about this! I am still curious to know what happens in this instance
