Last time I moved house, Orcon transferred my services to the new address, but there was no connection on my arrival. Turns out they connected the wrong apartment. Spent a week with no service.
This week I moved house again, Orcon transferred my services (got the email today saying I could 'enjoy the full Orcon experience') but once again, no connection. Guess i'm out for the next week, too.
So predictable, its getting tiresome. Is it that hard to connect a new address, Orcon? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
