Last time I moved house, Orcon transferred my services to the new address, but there was no connection on my arrival. Turns out they connected the wrong apartment. Spent a week with no service.

This week I moved house again, Orcon transferred my services (got the email today saying I could 'enjoy the full Orcon experience') but once again, no connection. Guess i'm out for the next week, too.

So predictable, its getting tiresome. Is it that hard to connect a new address, Orcon? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

We had problems when moving house with Orcon.

Turns out Telecom had to do work yo our line, 7 dyas later Orcon says we should be online. Yes, we had internet but it was literally dial-up speeds.

We then re-contacted Orcon, they did additional work inside the house, it was at that that we had internet but AGAIN, sh!t speeds...

So we rang Orcon, they did something on their computers (I think reset the connection) and we finally had acceptable broadband internet. It took over 25days though.

Update: just trying to sort it out now - have been on hold 47 minutes and counting. Sigh.
