Well, being Saturday I was able to watch a few videos (popular and not) and since the change RalphFromSnap mentioned, all good again.

Have no issues with 480p and if I need higher quality then I download and the program I have been using recently moved to a premium version so the free versions speed is limited anyway.

Thanks snap!

I am still only getting 60-100KB/s and have seen it go as low as 16KB/s.

My Youtube performance has been good today and yesterday. I can only handle up to 720p without buffering but that is acceptable to me.

Watching a few 360p videos last night and performance was so-so.
Some videos would buffer enough to keep up with playback, while some (mostly sub 2 minute) would need time to buffer.

Waiting the speed of downloading, I noticed general burst of speeds up to 1Mbit, with average speed of 500kbit)

Same. Still a little patchy for me. Tolerable, but not nearly as good on my 70Mbps VDSL as I get from my 13Mbps ADSL through VFNZ

You should be able to right click on the video and go show video info.
This works on my Mac and my PC in various browsers so I assume it's youtube more so than browser based.

Do you notice any difference in speeds between HTML5 and Flash based videos?
