Is there any update from Orcon about this?
Still getting 23Mb max and 17Mb at peak on my 30/10...

This wasn't an issue untill these ping/speed issues started early April.

Still not getting normal speeds as well.

I'm still amused that after a "capacity upgrade" we're now getting LESS speed during peak time.. shouldn't it be the reverse?

Apparently not and this keeps on getting more frequent. It's only happened today though however at least for me.

Can we get an update on this? I'd rather not go into the second month of this.

Game traffic is degraded, speed is significantly dropped. Sigh.

Further update. Still degraded speeds. Already raised it to level 2. This isn't good enough anymore..

Any word from anyone higher up the food chain? I'd rather not go elsewhere but.. I haven't had any luck escalating my ticket to anyone who gives a damn past "Have you tried turning on and off again?"

I rang a few days back, got the usual reset/restart the modem etc then run a speedtest.

Got a email with an app that tests various things and then automatically sends it to Orcon... Hope they don't come back saying everthing is fine...

Two strange things.

- Doesn't affect everyone as my Porirua 30/10 connection has always been right up to expectations (27.85/9.85 15ms to Ak and similar to Sydney, except for higher ping).

- Lack of response from our usually responsive Orcon techs, here.
