Anyone else having issue tonight.
Is this just a re-occurance of the issue or part of the data cap increase?

I still seem to be operating A-OK

Will update if I notice much degradation though.

No reply from snap to my email to support. How they are looking at the issue and haven't moved it to the 'too hard' basket.

However in saying that, I was changed over to an @home plan (from Advanced 35 - No Phone) on Sunday and speeds on YouTube have been rather good since then (ie on Sunday)

Wonder if its just a coincidence ?

Plans are simply for billing and data accounting - Shouldnt have any effect on the speeds etc.

No reply to my emails yet either. It's frustrating how sometimes it just works, and others you can't watch anything.

I can't imagine a Snap CS Rep saying such a thing.
