Hi guys,

Further to this, if you are having ping issues/browsing issues/international traffic issues in the evenings and have carried out all physical troubleshooting steps...please PM me with your account number, tracert and ping tests to www.google.com and www.slingshot.co.nz

Thanks,
Ben

Hi guys,

This issue is with our network team and we will hopefully be fixed by the end of the week.

There are some congestion issues around Auckland and I should be able to provide some better updates/time frames tomorrow.

Thanks for your patience,

Ben

All ping and speed issues affecting Auckland customers should have been resolved this morning.

Please let me know if you are still having issues and I will deal with them individually.

Thanks,
Ben

been getting this problem on and off for quite a while. Never been fixed by Slingshot, so I've put it down to over the top enforcing of the traffic management policy." Is everyone on the AYCE plan when they are expecting this?

Best thing for me, is when I get high pings in the evening to avoid high bandwidth demand untill things have settled. (Usually an hour or two.) Which is quite hard to do because quite a heavy streamer, and the evenings is when usually when everything's on that I want to watch.

Would be great if Slingshot could actually resolve this for all of us.
