mattwnz: So did you find out how someone was able to sign you up, or who it was who did it? That to me would be more of a concern, than having problems then getting the company to cancel it.
If it was done over the phone I believe they record the call, at least that is what they did when I last signed up to an ISP, so they have it on record. OR if it was done by a cold calling door knocker, I would presume they would have a signed contract on paper.

100% agree and I wouldn't let the matter rest until I have an answer to that. And yes, they do record everything and can confirm from personal experience that they have the facility to go a very long way back in their call recording history.
