I know this is flippant but is it not a bit of a storm in a tea cup, what are you actually trying to achieve with this thread or just a need to be heard

This thread set out what I intended - for 2D to investigate a problem in their online store as I didn't trust that the comment I made to the CSR on the phone would be actioned.

So this thread can die, and if I receive a reply from 2D I will update
